I've been in the Hospitality Industry since 1993, starting off in a 24 hour snooker hall as the barman-cook-door man, workng my way up to places like MPW's Quo Vadis Soho, Foxtrot Oscar Chelsea, K Bar Soho to name a few.
So i'd like to think i know a bit about the industry, and the team here at TBB tell me it's well overdue that i speak my mind and have the occasional rant.
